We want all our tenants to feel comfortable and secure in their homes. To achieve this, we need your help - together we create comfort and security for you as a tenant. Here we have collected good tips on how you can contribute to a pleasant environment for you and your neighbors.

• Satallite dishes may not be attached to the facede but must be placed on the inside of the balcony.
• Pets must be leaahed in the area. It is important that you, as a pet owner, pick up after your animal because we have many children playing in our green areas.
• Park your bicycle in the bicycle racks or in the bicycle storage. ​This makes it easier to get to the area. Accessibility is especially important from a safety point of view if we need to evacuate in the event of a fire or if emergency vehicles need to arrive.
• Do not place strollers, bicycles or doormats in common areas such as entrances or stairwells. This hinders evacuation in the event of a fire, but also medical transport and cleaning. 
• To create a pleasant environment in shared stairwells, it is not allowed to leave garbage outside the door - throw it directly in the garbage room. For safety reasons, smoking is also not allowed in stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms or basements. Also, keep in mind that it can be disruptive if you smoke on the balcony. Throw your cigarette butts in the designated place.
• Having a party sometimes is both nice and allowed - but think about your neighbors. Inform them well in advance that you are planning to have a party. Keep in mind that voices, music and heels can be heard in your neighbors' apartments and you as a tenant are responsible, even if it is your guests who are causing the disturbance. The property should be quiet between 10pm and 7am. 
• If you need to shake your carpets, do it in the yard - from the balcony or window there is a risk that the neighbor will get the dirt into their apartment. 
• The vents in your apartment are important for you to get fresh and clean air - so never block them. If you do, you or your neighbors will experience drafts in the apartment. 
• To keep washing machines in the best possible condition, it is not allowed to wash large blankets, carpets, mattresses or shoes in the machines. 
• When you have finished washing and tumble drying, don´t forget to empty the lint filter in the dryer and clean the washing machine and dryer. Make sure you haven´t forgotten any laundry and that the laundry room is left in the condition you would like to find it. Don´t forget to turn off and close the lights when you leave the laundry room.
